Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. Any return requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in unused, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact. This applies to both quality issues and change-of-mind returns. We want you to love your purchase, and if it doesn’t work out, we’ll take it back.

Free Returns
We provide free returns for all eligible items. There are no restocking fees. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided to you upon request.

Return Process

  2. Print the prepaid return label we provide and attach it to your package.
  3. Drop off the package at any official shipping point of the designated carrier.
  4. Keep the tracking number for your records.

Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, we will inspect it and process your refund within 1-2 business days. After we approve the refund, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method (depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s processing time).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at the email above with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly on a case-by-case basis.
